I am responsible for many of the DNA workflows in Genome Technologies, including DNA extraction and QC, library construction (whole genome, exome, targeted capture, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, all QC steps, and testing/optimization of new protocols. Additionally I am cross-trained in RNA extraction, RNA-seq library construction on the Sciclone, qPCR, and Illumina NextSeq operation.
