Olwen Hahn, M.D.

Olwen Hahn received her MD from Emory School of Medicine and completed her training in internal medicine and hematology-oncology at University of Chicago. She has been a faculty member at the University of Chicago since 2007, where she specializes in breast cancer. Currently, she is the Associate Section Chief and Medical Directory of the Hematology-Oncology Outpatient Clinics and Infusion Therapy. She has worked with NCI sponsored cooperative group CALGB, then the Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology as an Executive Officer from 2008-2017. In 2019, she assumed the role of Director and Principal Investigator of the Alliance Central Protocol Operations Program. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the protocol office staff to implement and manage a portfolio of multi-institutional oncology studies.
