Emily Edelman, M.S., CGC, is a board-certified genetic counselor whose work focuses on genetics education for healthcare professionals. She has over 15 years of experience in healthcare provider education, clinical genetics and program implementation and evaluation. As the Director of Clinical Education at JAX, she collaborates with healthcare providers to incorporate genetics and genomics into clinical practice through diverse education programs, including initiatives in oncology and precision medicine. Edelman is a past Board member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors.
