I provide service, technical support, and innovation to scientists developing and applying single cell technologies including multi-omics, and spatial transcriptomic services in a molecular/cellular biology lab setting.
I am responsible for organizing, coordinating, executing and interpreting single cell transcriptomic and epigenomic experiments from tissue to data. I act as the on-site head of single cell laboratory in Bar Harbor and report to Farmington-based Associate Director. I communicate directly with faculty and associated research staff in the design and execution of experiments. I supervise one direct report currently and look forward to expanding as new single cell technologies are developed.
