Bladder Cancer
We provide access to many bladder cancer PDX models, including muscle-invasive options. Models are currently available for efficacy testing of your candidate compound by our study directors or for distribution to your facility. For most of our bladder PDX tumors, gene expression data and genomic data, standard of care data and pathology images are available through the Mouse Tumor Biology Database.

The histopathology images shown below reveal that the overall morphology and structure of JAX PDX tumors, engrafted in NSG™ mice, which are maintained at low-passage resemble the primary tumor from patients. The images below correspond to a primary tumor high-grade invasive urothelial bladder carcinoma (TM00016-PT) and the corresponding low-passage PDX tumor (TM00016-P1).
